LGNcircuit
LGNcircuit is a simple GUI for an LGN circuit model described in E. Norheim, J. Wyller, E. Nordlie, G.T. Einevoll, A minimal mechanistic model for temporal signal processing in the lateral geniculate nucleus, Cognitive Neurodynamics (2012). The GUI runs under MATLAB.
